Public & Private Jobs
Anyone can view and order from public jobs. Private jobs can be accessed by logging in or by providing a job password.
Simple & Secure Plan Viewing
Customers can view blueprint drawings online through their web browser. The drawings are protected to prevent customers from download and printing.
Easy Set Ordering
You control whether customers are allowed to purchase individual sheets, entire sections, or only the full set. Customers create their sets and place the order easily online.
Automatic Planholder Lists
Customers who place orders through the planroom are automatically added to the planholder list for the job. This list can be made available to the general contractor. E-mail notifications (i.e. regarding an addendum) can also be sent to this list.
Public Job Calendar
The public job calendar quickly shows your customers when certain jobs are bidding, and provides direct access to those jobs for viewing and ordering.
Electronic File Submission
Using our unique EFS system, your customers can effortlessly submit files and order details to you for printing through a drag-n-drop interface. Virtually unlimited number of files can be submitted at once, and it couldn't be easier to use.
One-Stop Control Center
The Control Center is where you manage your planroom, from setting up jobs to receiving and processing orders. The Control Center is a breeze to use, and offers the same familiar look and feel as other programs that you use daily.
Drag-n-Drop Plan Control
When you create a job in ReproConnect (did we mention how easy that is by the way?), adding your TIFF & PDF files is as simple as drag-n-drop. It only takes seconds to get all your documents online.
Integrated FTP Management
ReproConnect comes with an integrated FTP server that your customers can use to upload & download files. Customer's files are kept separate from other customers. You manage it all from your ReproConnect Control Center.
